The decentralized design aims to make us aware and engage with other beings, recognizing the inherent value of all living creatures and the preservation of species. Crónicas fungicas is a textile book proposed to narrate the services provided by different species of fungi in the ecosystem, adopting a medieval fairy tale narrative to evoke empathy and make it understandable to the public.

The aesthetics of Art Nouveau were used as a reference; phosphorescent and embossed textures inks were printed to ensure that the reading experience is both educational and coherent with the purpose of each fungus.
